What the figures mean
- Top-pick win rate
- Our number-one selection won the race.
- Top 3 contained the winner
- The winner was one of our first three selections. This does not mean the first selection won.
- Top 3 contained a top-three finisher
- At least one of our first three selections finished first, second or third. This is not a guaranteed paid place or a profitability measure.
Saved before the race
Each race is counted once using the latest completed prediction saved before its scheduled start. Scratched top picks are void; another runner is not promoted after the result is known.
Coverage and exclusions
The programme counts describe races stored by RaceVision. Abandoned races, unverified pre-race predictions and unavailable results are excluded from the relevant accuracy calculations. Missing results can affect the displayed rates, so inspect the race counts and exclusions as well as the percentage.
Dates and updates
Today starts at midnight Melbourne time. The seven- and 30-day views are rolling periods by scheduled race start, including today. While this page is open it checks for updated figures every 30 seconds, after results are confirmed by the feed.
Use the record in context
Results describe historical selection accuracy. They do not establish a guaranteed return, and a short run of races may differ substantially from the longer record.
